Client Acknowledgements
By engaging our services, you acknowledge the following:
- All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential.
- We have no control over the policies of search engines or directories. Your website may be excluded from any blog, website, directory, or search engine at their discretion.
- All fees are non-refundable, unless we cannot secure placements on your behalf, in which case you will always receive a pro-rated refund. By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to our link criteria and guaranteed metrics.
- We deliver links that fall within the specified domain rating range and are placed in a relevant paragraph chosen by journalists. We aim to secure placements with your keyword in the title when possible. If a website owner has not covered your specific subject, we will select the next best option.
- Anchor text cannot be chosen, and journalists often use brand or CEO names to make everything look natural!
- We have no control over website or blog owners who remove links or change content. Such placements will not be refunded or replaced.
- If a link is removed, we offer a replacement within six months of purchase.
Liability
- Authority Engine is not liable for any damages, including direct, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or claims by third parties.
- You assume all risks related to the use of our services.
- We reserve the right to adjust anchor text and order details to ensure successful placements.
- As an outsourced provider of specific SEO services, we do not guarantee search engine rankings or increases in website traffic.
- We do not accept liability for links obtained from websites without prior consultation. Links from low-quality sites can harm SEO efforts.
- Authority Engine is not responsible for changes made to your website by other parties that may affect search engine rankings.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
- We treat all client information as confidential. We do not sign an individual NDA with each client by default; however, one can be requested.
- Authority Engine agrees not to use the confidential information provided by you for any purpose except the service purpose, unless we obtain written permission from you.
- We guarantee that confidential information will not be shared with third parties except for your company’s employees or professional advisers who need it for the service.
